Need suggestion for WES submission

Hello,

I did my Btech from JNTU Hyderabad. Then I joined for Mtech in IIT delhi, after completing 1st year of mtech I converted my course to PHD in IIT Delhi itself. I don't have final mtech degree certificate as I haven't completed mtech.

The questions is do I need to provide my first year mtech transcripts also for my PHD evaluation, to show it as the coursework for PHD. Based on my first year mtech courses I converted my program to pHD or just the degree conferral certificate from University is fine??..

For ECA, WES needs copies of your Bachelors and Masters Degree certificates along with transcripts. You need to first obtain your Masters degree certificate in order to apply for ECA. Then, after completing your PhD, you can apply later on for upgrade.

I completed my PhD. I converted my mtech after 1 st year to PhD program.

Good. So if you have completed your PhD and have its certificate, then you need to attach the transcripts for all the years included to complete PhD i.e. even the transcripts for your masters. You can include a LOE stating that you converted your Masters into PhD.
