Dears,

-BS in computer science and technologies.

-very good in English.
-more than 2 years of experience in software development.
-26 years old

i have some questions regarding student permit in Canada (preferred Quebec but English universities):
-Can i apply for student visa or would any university or institute accept me if my GPA is 2.3/4(it doesn't matter if i applied for Master or any other degrees)
-If i get the student visa can i get my wife to Canada if yes how long it would take to get my wife if no what should i do to take it..
-What is the easiest and shortest specialization that allows for me to get student visa and at the same time to allow for me stay over there after i finish the graduation
-Can any one support me with English universities or Institute or anything in Quebec that may accept me
-How much money should i show for the embassy
-How many years should i study and how much it will coast
-In case i Failed did they throw me back to my country.
-When can i change my student visa to Permanent residence visa..(or what are the ways to change it)
-What is the easiest and shortest specialization to do because really i don't went to study??

Any additional info that helps??

I don't want to stay anymore in my country

You should not apply, as you are obviously not a "bona fide" student.

See http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/institutions/intent.asp for the official line on this.

I think you are missing the point. As an International Student, you cannot normally stay after the end of your study.
This is what that web page I linked to says.

An international student should first be aware that:

Holders of a study permit are normally required to return home at the end of the period authorized for their stay which usually corresponds with the completion of their studies and they must commit to respecting this requirement at the time of application for the study permit; and
Federal government programs may be available to international students which permit them to stay and work in Canada after having completed their studies and, in some cases, eventually apply for permanent residency. If unable to qualify for such programs a student is required to leave Canada upon expiry of their study permit.
And

A study permit application might be refused for several reasons including:

Not providing sufficient proof that an individual has enough money to support oneself while studying in Canada, and to return to their country of residence;
Medical inadmissibility;
Not satisfying the visa officer that there is an intention to study in Canada;
Not satisfying the visa officer that the individual will leave Canada at the end of their period of authorized stay.
Not submitting all required documentation; and
Not satisfying the officer that the applicant has answered all material questions truthfully as required by Section 16(1) of IRPA.
Try, by all means, but don't be surprised if you do not succeed.

Your GPA is pretty low. I don't think a Masters program will accept you. I don't know if there are other university programs that might admit you. You'll have to do research to find out.

To be approved for a study visa you will have to show first year tuition + $10K living expenses + travel expenses - so a bank balance of around $25K to $30K. (This is not the total cost of your studies in Canada - just the costs for the first year of studies.

The path most take from student to PR is to first finish your studies in Canada (you must graduate from a degree or diploma and complete your studies), then work for one year in a full time skilled job and then apply to become a PR through the Canadian Experience Class program. So there is really no "fast" route. Expect the process to take a minimum of 4 years - longer depending on what course you decide to take.

If you fail your courses, then you will have to return home.

As zardoz explained, to be approved for a study visa, you will have to show that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans to remain long term. You will also have to prove that you have sufficient funds to pay for your studies and that the course you are planning to take in Canada makes sense in light of your past experience and education.
