Need some suggestion with work experience letters

HI guys,

Need some help! I understand that we need to send in our original work experience letters (both for spouse + self) and they need to be supported by the bosses.

1. Do i need to get a latest letter stating my job responsibilities or will my promotion letter stating my managerial role suffice.

2. My spouse in not working for past 4 yrs, but she has exp letters from her organizations. It is impossible to get in touch with her previous bosses now. will her exp letters be enough when submitted original?

It is better to get an update letter from your employer stating your duties, salary and other benefits.

2. My spouse in not working for past 4 yrs, but she has exp letters from her organizations. It is impossible to get in touch with her previous bosses now. will her exp letters be enough when submitted original?

If is impossible attach a cover letter stating the reason why you are not able to get the letter from the employers.
