Need some information about the student visa andpolio vaccination certification

Hello,

I have a valid student visa till August 2015 and have a valid Post Graduate Work Permit till Jan 2018, as I have completed my Masters from Canada earlier this year. I am currently in Pakistan since February to visit my family. I am planning to go back in September this year, so I was wondering whether I need to apply for the work visa or the student visa (which expires in August) will work?

Secondly do I need the polio vaccination certificate as I heard that it is a requirement now in Pakistan? But few of my friends who recently visited Pakistan didn't submitted the certificate?

Looking forward for the response.

1. It is a requirement of the Pakistanii government to have proof of Polio Vaccination when leaving Pakistan after being there for 4 weeks or more: http://islamabad.usembassy.gov/sm-060414.html
2. Your PGWP is fine, assuming you have a valid TRV.

Thank you very much for the response.

Can you please elaborate on the TRV? Is Temporary Resident Visa is student visa? if TRV is student visa then it will expire in Aug 2015 and I will go back in Sep 2015, if TRV is not student visa then I didn't applied for it, in that what should I do?
