need some info on application time process

my brother has apply for his spouse in april 2018
hare the updates when i check the application status

1. we received your application for permanent residence on april 17 2018 .
2.we start processing your application on june 26.2018
3.we have sent u medical instruction on may 18.
4.medical results have been received .

after that till now they not update status only say in process .

does anyone know how much time it will take .

yes file is at new delhi ambessy from last 6 months

Generally takes 12 months for whole process, less or more depending on PA Visa office
