Hi all,

I am new here and would love some advice!

I have uploaded all my required documents for my PR application (applying through EE CEC and BC PNP) and I have a question to ask, I am in a relationship with my girlfriend who is Canadian (I am a British Citizen) do I need to put her down as common law in my application or not? I am currently here on an IEC visa and now have another two year closed WP granted through BC PNP, and when I applied for the EE Pools we were no where near to being classed as 'common law' so I selected 'No' for common law questions in my EE profile, it wont let me change it now as I have been issued an ITA, do I need to worry about this? or should I explain in my LOE that we are in a relationship but she is a Canadian citizen?

In my BC PNP application I also selected 'NO' for common law as we weren't classed as common law at the time.

Thanks for any help,

Tom
