Need some help with my situation ASAP!

Hi, so my situation is as follows!

I graduated from Humber last summer, got my work visa and PGWP. However my PGWP was only for a year, because my passport was expiring and they do not issue the permit for longer than the PP expiry!

I came home in December, but due to some personal reasons have had to remain in the country till now.

The issue is that my VISA expired last week (but my PGWP is valid till Sept, which I can extend for 2 more years)

Is there anything I can do from Pakistan? Can I apply for the PGWP renewal or new VISA from here?

you can apply for TRV from Pakistan. once you receive the passport request, send your passport to CIC

Shouldn't I renew my Work Permit first? (As it expires in September) and the apply for a TRV after?

I dont know if I can even apply for a renewal! As I have to "post" my documents to Vergerville in Alberta (Online is not possible for an extension)

I dont know if it would be appropriate to get some cousin of mine in Canada to print out the documents and mail them!
