Need some help with form IMM 5406e.

Hello, so in form IMM5406e (Additional Family Information) we are asked to enter details of our spouse, parents, etc. In my case, I'm from India and was legally adopted by my step father in 2003, so am i supposed to mention his name or my biological father's name in the form? My passport has my step father's name as the Father/Legal Guardian.

Your adoptive father is your legal father. You list him.
