Hi,
I am currently working in Manitoba on temporary work permit (NOC 2174) for the last 7 months and this is my total Canadian work experience. I have a total experience of 10 years (out of which 6.5 years in USA). I am planning to apply for PR. I know I can apply using Manitoba nominee program, but my employer wouldn't provide the necessary documentation. So I have look for other options. I am not clear on how I should proceed.
- I heard that under CEC I am eligible to apply after working for one year in Canada. Do I need to take IELTS test? English is not my native language.
- What is Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) program? Am I eligible to apply under this program?
- Also please let me know what the point system is about. I know 67 points are required to apply, but I am not sure if that is for CEC for FSW.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
