Need some help. BOWP

In next week, I have to submit application of work permit extension.
I sent my application to Sydney and received on 25 Oct.
Unfortunately, I can not see any hope that I could receive AOR before my work permit expired.
So I need to find the best way.
I am sure I will receive AOR before middle of January. But it will be after I submit my application. I checked the processing of the work permit extension it take more than 68days by online.
Is there any way that I can receive BOWP without AOR? Or Add document after I receive AOR??
Anyone please help me

@Maryjane113 - I know they will refuse it if you apply BOWP if you don't have the AOR.. the other way you can do is closed work permit thru LMIA exempt.
