Need some clarification on Express entry

Hi,

I have 2 years of Education in Canada, One year of work experience in India and started my job here on March 3rd, 2020. I tried to create my profile in express entry pool and it says it is ineligible. I toggled the Canadian work experience then it works. I calculated the 67 points calculator(FSW) for my Indian work experience and it was okay. I am not sure why it is eligible. please advice if i am missing on anything?

You need to provide more information about your profile for anyone to answer why your profile was ineligible.

I did my bachelors (4 years) in India, worked for a year in India, then i studied here in Canada for 2 years. Now, i am working since March 2020. I also got 7 bands in IELTS test. Ideally i think it should be eligible for FSW but for some reason it says that my profile is not meeting the minimum criteria and is ineligible, unless i toggle my present experience to January 2020.
