Im just confused i traveled to canada as a tourist way back june 2017. I would like to apply a tourist visa after this pandemic end do u think i still need to get a biometric?

If you have not provided biometrics before or if you biometrics is no longer valid, you will likely be asked to provide biometrics. You will most likely be asked to provide one once you apply for the TRV. A lot of applications are backed up right now due to COVID-19, so if you are not eligible to travel according to the restrictions, it will be best to wait for those to be lifted before you apply for a TRV.
