Need some advice regarding financial status

I got refusal with reason saying personal assets and financial status. How to resolve this issue can please someone help me out on this ?

I applied for sep intake 2017 for post graduate certificate program in centennial college from Banglore , India and got a refusal stating personal assets and financial status along with purpose of visit.

I did not submit any docs apart from GIC of 10000 cad. So I need some info related to what do I need to submit this time to prove my financial status strong

Sorry i didn't see that. First of all, are you employed? if so you can show that letter as your financial status. If you have properties in your name or your parents name then you should attach the ownership deeds along with property valuation certificate which will also help you with the family ties. You can also show any family business or investments you have any.

can we show CA report stating all the savings and properties instead of property evaluation or sale deed ?

Well i am not sure about that, you need to ask an expert on this but based on my experience, property valuations worked just fine.
