need separate applications for mother and father for super visa??

I want to apply for my parents super visa. Do I have to fill out 2 separate applications for mother and father or one should be the main applicant and the other one will be dependent in one application only? M so confused as an agent told us that there should be 2 different files for mother and father. Everything has to br separate....

My parents applied, they have to fill out separate forms but applied together and I send my info (one copy). If you do it online it gives you option to add more applicant and gives you details of which forms to use.

In addition: When purchasing insurance policies for Super Visa- it is better to get 2 separate policies for each parent. This will guarantee you can still get a refund if one parent doesn't use the policy. This will also allow for a refund if one parent decides to go back home.

Separate policies are also recommended if there is a considerable age difference- this way you can save money as well.

There is no quota for super visas. There was a quota of 5K for parents and grandparents sponsorship which was filled.
