Its is a good college as it is in Spp program. high commission consider all spp colleges almost equal.

No, it wont. Thats why they have the list of dli. The usual refusal is your financial capability, ties, and intentions of staying in Canada after your studies. Make a strong SOP summarizing ur plan why u want to take up that course/program and how it'll help u when u head home.
