Need opinion on ITA questions.

I already have got the invitation and have 6 days to submit the file.

While filling the application I said "Yes" to "Do you have a job offer in Canada" and "No to "Was a LMIA issued for this" and "Is you work permit LMIA approved"

If I proceed through this application, then in Documents checklist I am being asked for an offer letter, employment record letter, and Letter of Employment.

Some of my friends suggested that I should not have said Yes to the job offer question and it is valid for people who have LMIA.


Since, I have not submitted my application yet, I am not so sure whether I should change it or not.

Do you have job offer in hand (LMIA /Non-LMIA)? If yes, submit all the documents.

I have a been working for a company since last year but it is non LMIA.

I selected Yes to Job offer and No to LIMA when I submitted application

For Job Offer letter: I submitted the original contract for the job, if you are in Canada, I believe you got one too
For Letter of Employer: straight forward the letter from my supervisor to confirm my start date, hours, salary benefits with duties matching NOC
For the employment record: I submitted T4, NOA, and pay stubs for the years you don't have t4 yet

Change it to "No" and submit application

Hi KarmicYogi,

Currently, I have made a single PDF (Employment Letter + T4 + Payslips+ Offer Letter + EmployeeID) and uploaded into the employment letter section.

Explaining our situation that, if some information missing in any of the sections, we provide an alternate document to support it. Those documents will go into LOE section.

Even I have some confusion too.
