Hi , Just before approaching lawyer make sure this affidavit is acceptable... I mean if you need it to appy for immigration than HSC , SSc and school leaving certificate is acceptable...

i do not have the birth certificate and going to send the Birth certificate from BLSI, SSLC marks card and the Affidavit.
Is it the above docs are going to sufficient in place of Birth certificate from India?

As long as you send SSC marksheet and school LC you r good...

I applied under CEC in march but my application returned, stating that CIC dont accept BLS issued certificate of birth and they send me a doc stating what they accept if you dont have birth certificate... they mentioned SSC marksheet and school LC ... so u r good to go...
