Need inputs on which NOC should be used (

Hi all.
Need advise on my situation and what would be the best way to go forward with filing for Canada EE.

My wife has NOC 4031 ( Secondary School teacher) and I has NOC of 0213 ( Computer and Information System Manager). She is 39 and I am 44 with almost the same IELTS score and Educational Qualifications. Due to her age, she will definitely get more points, so we were thinking of making her the primary applicant.
However I am reading in forums that teachers do not have too may job opportunities there so 0213 has more chances of getting employment than 4031.

Does it still make sense to have her as the primary applicant ?

Secondly, Once we get the score , can I apply on the job match site and be a potential candidate ?

Whoever gets higher points should be the main applicant. Having permanent residence does not guarantee you a job. So if there are fewer jobs in her field, being the main applicant or the accompanying spouse wont increase or decrease her chances of getting one.

However once we create an express entry profile with her as the PA, I wouldnt be eligible to apply for jobs on the job bank.
On the other hand, although our points will be lower if I am the PA, but it will give us a better chance of finding a job thru the job bank

Am I right or totally off track ??

You don't have to apply for jobs through job bank. You can apply for jobs using all other websites. If your spouse is PA then you will still get PR, so you can contact potential employers saying your application is in progress.
