Need information regarding Saskatchewan

Hi guys. I'm going to gather all the documents and apply to SINP OID whenever it opens again. But I am not sure whether I can be eligible or not. Please, I need your advise on that.

My Bachelor degree is Administrative Management,
Master is Customs Organisation.
Work experience: NOC 6222 (Wholesale buyer) 4 years and NOC 0213 (IT director) 4 years.

1). As a wholesale buyer I order and buy goods for sale; performing Import manager duties. Can it be considered similar to NOC: 1225 (Purchase agents) or they are totally different from each other?
2). For NOC: 0213 A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business administration, commerce or engineering is required. Are the Administrative Management and Business Administration differs a lot from each other? Is my education adequate to this position?

Now I would like to know that degree of sikkim manipal university is acceptable by sasketchwan. Because i come to know that degree of some indian universities are not acceptable for the calculation of education points. Where can I found that details?

They are very strict about NOC 0213 & 2171. Their hidden criteria to select for these. They need only computer related higher degree and vast experience in programming. So you have to think about 1225 only. Your Job Experience 70% approx duties must match their mentioned duties about NOC.

-Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, land or access rights, or business services for use or for further processing by their establishment
-Assess requirements of an establishment and develop specifications for equipment, materials and supplies to be purchased
-Invite tenders, consult with suppliers and review quotations
-Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards
-Establish logistics of delivery schedules, monitor progress and contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
-Negotiate land acquisition or access rights for public or private use, and may conduct field investigations of properties
-May hire, train or supervise purchasing clerks.

But, I have experience on ordering and buying products for sale as a wholesale buyer (6222). Then it seems I am not eligible to apply for SINP OID.

In the bottom line of NOC 1215 there is written:

Classified elsewhere:
Purchasing and inventory control workers (1524)
Purchasing managers (0113)
Retail and wholesale buyers (6222)

What does it mean? Does it mean that they are similar or equivalent to each other? I am really confused whether I can be eligible under 1215 or not.

I think u r talking about 1225. Yes, they rejected many people of 1225 in previous intakes due to mismatch of duties. They are very sharp and strict.

Better u ask them directly to Immigration@gov.sk.ca. u may use different email address to ask if u don't want to disclose your email.

I think WES does NOT evaluate academic records from Sikkim Manipal University, dont know specifically for SNIP
