Can someone pls help me understand the goods to follow procedure .

Do I have to fill the B4A form , if I have opted for Sea cargo . The stuff is not much but still .

Yes. You need to declare them in the Goods To Follow list.
Stamped Goods To Follow list is required when you clear the Cargo later through Customs
