Need Information for CHC Islamabad

I Have received a letter from Islamabad mentioning that "YOUR IMMIGRATION VISA APPEARS READY TO BE ISSUED SUBMIT THE PASSPORT AFTER REMEDICAL on 14/9/2011 for my dependent child from CHC Islamabad and duly submitted on 29/9/2011 after remedical but those are sent back to me on 11/10/2011 because they want the thumb impression of child on the passport and after doing thumb impression it was duly sent back to islamabad on 11/10/2011.Can any one tell me that how long it will take to get the visa stamp.

This is the sponsorship of dependent child who is 3 years old

Islamabad office says file is in review with the decision making officer what review left i dont know

Have you checked your ecas? What does it say? Currently it is taking 3-4 weeks after they receive your passport and if medical was done recently then it can take up to 8 weeks from the medical date...

So eventually, once they are done with the process and the have stamped VISA on your kid's passport; the status will change to 'decision made' and within a week you will receive the passport back so keep checking your ecase and as I said if the medicals are done and they have your passport it will be very soon InshAllah!

I say 8 weeks from the date of medicals but since there are EID holidays now it will probablly be somewhre around mid November to November end hopefully. There is no set timeline its just an assumption based on the average seen on this website...
