My visa got rejected. My wife is in Canada she doesn't have the job at present. We have already appealed...will her job affect the appealing process.

Initially when we filled for immigration. She had the job. Now after appeal she doesn't have the job.

Will we need any financial sponsor. or can we still proceed with appeal process

Once they approve her as a sponsor they don't ask for any financial information unless it had something to do with refusal...why did they refuse you?

HI,
in my case the interviewer raised following concerns:
- my wife came only for 2 weeks to india. and we only have short marriage ceromony and registration marriage. She didnt came again as she didnt had leaves.
- my mom dad and sister are in USA. They were also not present.
-my grand parents, her mom and her graands parents were closet of all relation ther werw present.
-We had small function so definately our album was short and not hi-fi one.

So what we are planning is since our first marriage anniversary is coming in Jan, we are planning a whole family re-uninon and attach snaps and places we hang out and all. to show as supporting documents as out proof.
Just to remind tht in refusal letter they havnt mention any reason ..

so whts your opinion on this....

Here situation is, she is asking for 3 weeks leave to come to india for family gathering and doing other marrigage rituals, But the managers at her job are only allowing 2 weeks or else she might be fired... And in 2 weeks we cant finish all that.. so situation is very tight.
Really if we cant show enough pics and proof and all they our appeal willl fail and our marriage life will be screwed up badly..

And here her manager is also not ready to listen.. so mostly she might end up loosing job..

So that the reason I was asking... above question...

Please advice if any one have information about such case..

Did she asked for vacation leave?thats why she is allowed only 2weeks, she did wrong, she should have applied for leave of absence from work saying someone was sick or whaever backhome. From my job we can have 2weeks,max 3in exeptional circumstance. Then i got granted 3weeks, but when i told my employer that i was going all the way in south asia to be with my husband she advised me to take leave of absence for family reason and i took 3months(but my employer told me i could stay as much as i wanted and i wouldnT loose my job!!). Did your spouse tell her employer the exact reason why she wanted 3weeks?if she didnt maybe she should find an excuse for family emergency ,as leave of absence ,by the law if she can prove it they cant fire her as per i know..
