Score is too low. What is your SINP score and has it been drawn with your NOC? Don’t PEI and NFLD require job offer if not in Canada so not sure how you are eligible. You really need a job offer.

1.Score is too low - Should reattempt ielts to improve score
2.SINP Score - 63(NOC - 22222)
3.PEI and NFLD don't require job offer.
suggest me is it possible to get job offer and if yes, what is the best way to search for jobs?

1. Improve score by increasing IELTS and learning French to B2 level
2. Too low for SIP.
3. PEI has a population of 100,000 and have specific NOC requirments. Read the site:

Prince Edward Island prioritizes invitations issued through Express Entry for applicants working and living in the province with an eligible PEI employer.

NOTE: You are required to show 9 months of work experience with the PEI employer supporting you for immigration AND have at least 4 months remaining on your work permit at time of submission of your Expression of Interest IF:

  • you hold a PGWP and graduated from an institution outside of PEI;
  • you have a spousal open work permit as a result of a spouse’s study permit from an institution outside of PEI;
For NFLP-EE you need a job offer. So not sure what program you are eligible for.

Eligibility Requirements:

Please note that in order to be eligible for the Express Entry Skilled Worker Category, applicants must meet the following screening criteria:

  1. Applicants must have a high-skilled job or job offer from a NL employer based on the National Occupational Code (NOC)Opens in new window classification system. The skill level (high or low) can be determined by searching for the job title on this pageOpens in new window. The job or job offer should be for at least two years with the possibility of extension, from an eligible Newfoundland and Labrador employer. Pay should be in the form of a salary and benefits package that meets provincial employment standards and prevailing wage rates. Contractual or locum positions (short-term positions usually less than twelve (12) months in duration with little or no possibility of extension) are not eligible for the NLPNP. If work experience is in an occupation that is regulated in Newfoundland and Labrador and requires mandatory certification or licensing in the province, proof of eligibility for provincial licensure or certification to be able to work in that profession must be submitted with the PNP application.
  2. Score a minimum of 67 points out of 100 on the PNP point assessment grid (See Annex AOpens in new window (94 KB) of the Express Entry Skilled Worker Application GuideOpens in new window (534 KB)
You search on Canadian jobs sites. There is no easy way to get a job offer.

Lots of people on this forum are learning French so that they can take the French test and increase their scores. Consider learning French if immigrating to Canada is a priority for you.

Nova Scotia is not an option as you need a job offer with a designated employer. Improve IELTS and learn French. Even getting a job offer may not get you PR. You may need to get a LMIA from the employer and then apply for a closed work permit. LMIA proves no one in Canada could be hired, only you.

How about other comparison? aside snowy weather comparison
It depends on many things like if you move to ONT/BC the average home price is 800K which means you need at least 200K to settle in your home average salaries are between 50-90K maximum either you are a doc or else there is no chance for you to settle in those provinces if you don't have bank balance. In PEI the average house is like 250-400 K so you can easily buy a home in 50-80K balance which is much easier at the end you need a Home for your family with your Kids going to school and BBQ parties on weekends.

Now coming to the point of Job opportunities it depends you can get a Job and move or learn a new skill in demand.
