i need to know where can i renew my visa, i am from saudi arabia (saudi passport) and live in ottawa, i need to know where is the nearest office to send my passport and application to renew my student visa. i need to know the address to send my passport please

i already fill all the needed documents , but my question is what is the nearest office to ottawa that i may send the document to? i know that i must send it to the Canadian visa office in the US. but which one?

Buffalo. Visa's are applied for outside Canada.
