Iam working with canadian company which my contract with them is independ contractor as a business analyst and i get paid for each business strategic report i provide the company. Iam working in canada last 13 months with them. Can i be eligible for CEC?

Do they issue you a T4? Do they deduct taxes from your pay? Or do you handle all of that on your end? You're not paid a salary or hourly by the sounds of it (you're paid by work product) so I do think there's a chance this will be classified as self-employment.

If you were paid a salary, then there would be an opportunity to potentially argue otherwise. But since you're paid based on reports produced, IMO this is a clear case of self employment.

Yes, you can apply under FSW or one of the PNP programs if you meet the requirements. You need to have a valid TRV to be able to return to Canada if you leave.as a self-employment can i be eligible for fsw and pnp? And can i leave canada and come back since my visa is still valid

Yes they can be able to give me employment leter, working. Hours, salary and responsibilities but on the commission basis, i will pay tax and deduction , still can qualify for CECAre they willing to provide you an employment letter, explaining your working hours, your salary, and responsibilities?
