Hi Good morning everyone i’m here for cousin story he is here in canada after his work permit refused he apply for refugee application which is accepted last year after appliying three month he got married to PR partner in canada now he want to take withdrawal from refugee claim is this create any affect on his spouse sponsored application.

Yes it will affect his and YOUR future spousal sponsorship should you choose to do what your “cousin” did. Longer wait times due to higher scrutiny because it looks like he is doing everything he can to stay in Canada.

Hi i m here on visitor visa before two years then change in work permit now expired i apply for renew they ask for more documents i dnt have these like T4 and pay stubs because my employer dnt give me job and any t4 now can i apply for refugee application from india my sisters are here citizens.what my chances for refugees application.i dnt want to go back i’m looking for bright future.

Withdrawing a refugee claim will trigger a departure order which will then turn into a deportation order, and then he may be forced to leave Canada. He should consult with a lawyer before withdrawing the claim.

If he go through the immigration lawyer maybe they will help because we confirm with lawyer he said it make diffcul

if you have a lawyer, then you really should be asking them. Lawyer said it becomes difficult? Yup. I agree.
