Hi there,
I got my IRB H&C gearing desicion in negative. So I am in the process of deportation.
The case is misrepresentation and I will be pot of Canada for 5 years.
According to the CIC website, I only have 30 days to leave the country, but so far no CBSA officers contacted me for the arrangement.
What can I do? Call them and make an appintment?
If I stay there more than 1 month, they are going to arrest me?

Failure to Leave
Once a Removal Order takes effect, you must leave Canada immediately.

If you fail to appear for a removal interview or a scheduled removal date, the CBSA will issue a Canada-wide warrant for your arrest. Once arrested, the CBSA may detain you in a holding facility before removal.

In order to ensure you leave Canada, the CBSA may assign an escort officer to accompany you on your departure.
