please i need a help; i am new in all these stuff. i just fill & submitted my profile entry but a message was sent saying - PROFILE INELIGIBLE. a friend told me to use paper application instead of online application.

Find below breakdown of message received;
A) APPLICATION/PROFILE STATUS;
i) Application/profile status - Profile ineligible
ii) Review of minimum entry criteria - Not met
iii) Job bank registration - (blank)
iv) ITA Status - (blank)
v) Review of submitted documents - (blank)

B) EXPRESS ENTRY PROFILE DETAILS
i) FSW - Not met
ii) PNP - Not met
iii) CEC - Not met
iv) FST - Not met
v) Overall score - (blank)
vi) others - (blank)

Please do I need to do an ECA assessment and apply to job bank before submitting my profile entry?

Please I need a guide from you all if you can.

Probably your friend is dumb enough about EE process. Without having an ECA, English test score your EE profile will be ineligible.
