I am a u.s citizen and holding a u.s passport. Currently, I am living in Canada and holding an expired pr card since 2013 and haven't applied for new one yet, but I have been living here for two yrs straight since 2013. My questions are: Can I visit the u.s with my expired pr even I made it two yrs living here? Do I have to apply a new one before I travel outside Canada? By the way I lost my landing paper. Can I apply a new pr without my landing paper? Greatly appreciated!!!

I was gonna say you could go to the US and come back with your landing paper, but you've lost it
But since you are visa exempt, you could tell them at the border that you are PR and you meet the residence obligation, and they might let you in... That's no guarantee though, as you have no PR card nor CoPR, nothing but a US passport, right?

I have my old pr card but expired. I have a job in Canada and have been working for the last two yrs.

Then bring what you have. Bring the expired PR card and if you can get an employment letter to go with NOA it'd be even better. It should work out most of the time if you can prove you meet the RO. You can try calling CBSA before the trip and see what they say about this.
