I think the OP has already applied - in which case, the promotion is not relevant to the CEC application. It might matter if the OP is on a closed work permit, and requires a new LMIA and work permit before accepting the promotion...

Was Manager of one department but got promoted as assistant manager of the store.

NO i have open work permit and still working for the same company and NOC is also same.
