Need help

Hi

My son sponsored my PR card and it was rejected last year. But I have not received the passport from Delhi Canadian visa processing centre yet. Tried sending them many email but no response. Can some one help me how to approach this. I am old and cannot ravel to Delhi from chennai just for this.

call their office. They usually don't reply emails.
