i need your help. i just got resuilt for my IELTS exam. I am Cisco Telecom engineer. Can i apply for Canada ? what is best way to apply for canada ?

I'm afraid Engineers are not been mentioned in the NOC Occupations. U can check the Occupations list and compare your job roles and responsibilities with NOC's and if you have most in common. then you are ready to go......gud luck.....and could you please tell what's your IELTS score? ?
