Hi. You have the option of using a courier service or regular mail service to send your application to CIO. If you will use a courier, keep in mind that you need to use a different address as compared to the address for those sent thru mail. Any courier service will do like Fedex or DHL or LBC. I used DHL. If you are using the services of a courier, then you do not need to affix postage. Make sure you follow the format in the P7000 guide from CIC website. The 9 in x 12 in envelope is just the regular short brown envelope available in bookstores. Do not use the long brown envelope. Hope this helps.

thanks carl..
i'll use courier address, that has written in my nomination approval. it's the same with guide P7000, ryt?? what do you mean that i need to use a different address?

Thanks for the information Carl.. :)

You can pay your fees in cashier's check, you can avail this thru a bank that you have an account with. There is a conversion rate given by the cic (look for their website), no need to pay in dollars, you can do it Peso, then put it in their drop box together with the other requirements asked by embassy.

If you're residing in manila its in RCBC Plaza Ayala Ave. corner Sen Gil puyat Ave.

Hi krizzie! In the P7000 guide there are two addresses for sending applications to CIO. One for regular mail (a PO Box) and one for courier (not a PO Box). In my MPNP nomination letter, the address mentioned is the one for regular mail. You are under AINP right? I am not sure what is written in your nomination letter. Just make sure you pick the right one :)

Good luck on your application! :)

Effective Dec 1, 2011, applications for PR visa must be sent to CIC - Centralized Intake Office in Nova Scotia. Processing fees are payable only in Canadian dollars either thru bank draft/demand draft or credit card. However, the RPRF or Landing Fee may be paid at the Canadian embassy in Makati either in Canadian dollars or Philippine pesos.

thanks vanishia.. perhaps i'll use Cc..

thanks carl...yup, i'm under AINP..
it was written in my nomination letter, that i can use one of the following, regular mail or courier address.

Hi.. question... may i know where i can get 2 self-addressed mailing labels?
Thanks... :)

krizzie,
that's your address where the Cic will mail documents for you...type your address in Word then print it in a sticker paper then cut them and clip (pictures and labels) them on a bond paper .
this is the document checklist...try to read them..http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5690E.pdf
if you don't understand check the guide...IMM EP7000
