need HELP !

Hello everyone!please help me experts!!
actually i got REFUSALin 2011,i odered caips notes overthere VO mentioned i done my secondary education from unrecoganised board in 2010 as commerce student,then i re-appear from recoganised board in 2011 as science student now i want to re-apply for upcoming september intake..
my acadmics records are:-
10th :45%(C.B.S.E)(2008)
12th :65% (B.H.S.E)which is unrecoganised board(2010) as a COMMERCE STUDENT
12th:67%(P.S.E.B) latest qulificationas a SCIENCE STUDENT
IELTS=6BANDS NOT LESS THEN 5.5

1.My FIRST QUESTION is i have only 45% in 10th will it effect on student visa?
2.i done my latest SECONDARY EDUCATION or 12th from open school from recoganised board itz a punjab board!!will it lead to refusal?
3.As i changed my stream in latest qulification is there any issue in VO minds(like my intension isnt clear)
4.now having 4years gap in betwwen 10th n 12th ?is there any effect on my profile?

1...Your latest qualification matters.
2..No.
3..Gve the reason in your SOP. why u changed your stream
4..Try and cover that up with something like part time work or health issue. And u can show that u have studied twice in your 12th.

sorry bro for hard words. chc look for a genuine student as u have gap and done 12 from unrecongnised board and then again from recongnised board it clears that you have intension to stay in canada in any cost moreover your age is also a problem and writing SOP and giving clearification of gaps will not help you because they had already seen your profile when you first applied...so I would say dont waste your time

is open school written on certificate? OPEN school certificate is issued from PSEB and is recognized in all over india, so shouldn't be problem?

here i think unrecognised means that schools which issue certificates that are not verficable like I am student of K.V and its c.b.s.e board so my school centre is in jammu and they can easily verify certificate from there.(my point of view)

@guri:adhere wid yu man but read the refusal letter overthere they mentioned if u want to re-apply then made some changes n moreover we also upgrade our ielts score which havnt any effect!so itz upto the VO how it takes !(my opinion)n wot yu think?

hi sorry bro as you written all thing in one line thats why i read it in wrong way....
1.your school will not be any problem .
2. I am worried about the gap in between 10th and 12th , if you really want to take chnce than i will say go and file and just pray.
3.plz focus on other docs also so that you can make your file strong like choose relvnt subject and be careful bout loan

Harpreet dont think too much, if u really want to go to Canada take help from the experts. Like Canam consultants. They will help u get admission and will help u file ur visa and they have the membership of ICCRC too. Its my personal opinion though, rest is upto u. People have got their visa in 3rd attempt. We have many such examples on this forum, so being refused doesnt mean your application wont get approved. if your situation changes u could very well get your visa.

yes u r right,but i dont want any risk as ny privious application is rejected.!i yeah i gonna applied throug canam but they also told me dat u hav to take risk beacuse i changed my stream in 12th they r not giving any gurantee about this so m bit confused now :-\

no one can give gurantee for visa .....
If some agents or consultants are giving gurantee than ask them one question

are u a god?? Coz only god can give gurantee for visa
