"Lawn care" from India! Are you mowing lawns remotely?

You need either a business visa or a work permit. Having your client "train" you is work. It would be different if you were training them.

There are a number of permitted activities you are allowed to do on a visit visa, including attending training and tourism. In general, the decision maker will be satisfied with your personal and economic circumstances in your home country and your intentions as a visitor to the UK. There is a slight chance you may be asked about specifics at the UK border, but if you can show your own hotel arrangements and tourism plans I don't think this would be a problem.
If you end up not using this visa, there are no consequences, certainly not a blacklist. If anything, it makes you look like a genuine visitor as the reason you applied for the visa has passed and you no longer needed to travel. Previous UK travel is always helpful for future UK visas and visas for other countries. It should be valid for 6 months so you are able to travel to the UK during that validity.
