Need help with visit visa for Sis & Bro-in -law

I am a canadian citizen. I recently had a baby. My sister and brother in law is planning to visit for 2-3 weeks to see the baby in October. They are in India and currently working as full time employees. I am reading alot of posts about visa rejections. Can someone tell what are the visa requirements and how to avoid rejection.

They want to:
- show their own funds to support a visit without using all savings (cash in personal accounts)
- travel history to UK, US, NZ or AUS
- ties to return (children, job letter with approved leave, business, investment properties etc.)
- invitation letter from you with an itinerary and say that they are supporting their visit
