Visitor visa for baby toddler

Hello. My sister and brother-in-law are planning to visit Canada sometime this year and they are wondering if there's a special process to get the visa for their baby. They both do have current visas. Is there something special in place for this particular scenario?

No special process. Apply for a visitor visa for the baby. Given Covid and until restrictions are lifted, your sister needs written authorization to travel. Your brother in law and the baby are not authorized travel to Canada.
