Mr. (Md……… name) is responsible for analyzing, planning, and developing various development projects and programs to assist in the design of information systems for them. He prepares drafts of user requirement documents, Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, and others for the development of our new systems or the upgradation of existing systems. In addition to that, he has to coordinate, check and assess the development activities to ensure their successful completion of them. These include consulting with relevant users (Employees of the respective department) and stakeholders, capturing their demands, visualizing them to create a conceptual framework, and present them for presenting analysis and vetting.
In My Project Management Team, Mr. (Name) is responsible in forecasting, budgeting, and performing both variance analysis and financial analysis of project activities. Then he disseminates the findings to upper management and prepare a presentation with the finding insights and preserve them for future use.
Managing the functional performance of information systems Mr. Md Alamgir Hossain is regularly included as lead member of various ad-hoc and permanent committees. Currently, he is performing his duties as a member of three committees. Besides this he also gives instructions and monitors clients organization’s employee’s performance in providing different IT and non-IT project activities to the ultimate users and stakeholders;
Preparing a program or project plan and monitoring them is very much important for any development organization. Mr. Alamgir performs this important job and sometimes he consults with me to make it a success. He prepares various new data collection and analysis systems using various data analysis tools (e.g. Spread sheet/MS excel/Google Sheet, SQL, python Jupiter (NumPy, pandas, matplotlib), SPSS/STRATA, and so on) to collect data from our partner’s organizations/clients, to analyze, to present (preparing data visualization reports) and disseminate them for decision-making. He also works in creating financial models to support business decisions.
Mr. (Name) works in the process (being a committee member) of IT firm selection to implement software development projects and to monitor the progress and compliance with the contract.
During the Covid-19 restrictions from 2019 to 2022, Mr. (Applicants name) served as the lead host and organizer of most of the internal and external virtual meetings and seminars.
