need help with the application

The application says to provide my travel history during the last 10 years. My passport starts from 2015 August. so from 2015 August to now, I can just look at the stamps on my passport and put it in. However, I threw away my old expired passport which shows my travel history prior to 2015 August. What should I do??

Just looking st the stamps is not enough in any case because some countries no longer stamp passports. You must report any trip, whether you got a stamp or not.

Look at travel records like receipts, invoices, credit card statements, your Facebook/ Instagram posts, photos etc to reconstruct your trips.

You should also include a letter of explanation that states you have incomplete records and have therefore tried to fill in the history as best as possible.
