Need Help with PR Application Status - No Updates from IRCC in Accra

My stepmother is in Canada, and I am in Nigeria. She is now a Permanent Resident (PR). When she applied for her PR, she also included me in her application. In 2023, the IRCC in Canada transferred my application to the Accra office. Since then, I haven't received any updates or heard anything from Accra. I'm unsure if I am supposed to pay any application fees or submit additional documents.

I tried calling the Accra office, but they didn’t provide any information, and there seems to be no way to communicate with them. My stepmother’s IRCC account is closed since she’s now a PR. I also attempted to link my application online, but it's not working.

Could someone please advise on how I can find out if the IRCC in Accra needs more documents or if I need to pay any fees? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did your mother obtain PR through a refugee claim? If so, it generally takes around two years for the applications of dependent family members to be processed after the primary applicant. I would recommend you post your question in the Refugee section of the forum if this is how she got PR.
