Hello,

My husband and I will be submitting our application soon. All documents have been uploaded. However we just found out that the job reference letter has to state if an applicants employment is full time or part time. None of our letters include this piece of information.

We are thinking of getting updated versions of our job reference letters. Will we be able to upload them in the same place as the former ones? And hope this won't work against us?

Please advise, whether I can.take a notarized reference letter from my old supervisor, who has left the company. My HR is providing a generic letter with no duties and responsibilities. Also, none of my colleagues who are currently working are ready to help me.

I am not sure, the only instance I know.of is a colleague getting a notarized letter from his old supervisor because their company shut down years ago. You may be able to do so. But please confirm
