Need Help with Immigration, Please Reply

Hi,

I came to Canada as an International Student. I graduated with a 2 year Business Accounting Diploma in October 2012.

Now I am working in a transport company as an Accounting/Office Administrator since June 2013.

I only have 1 year work permit left. I need to apply for Immigration.

Could you please suggest in which category I am eligible for apply for Immigration.

It depends on where you are and which streams are available for you.

From just what you stated it would seem that student stream is appropriate.

But we need more information to be able to tell that.

If your Job is NOC 'A', 'B' or 0 then you can apply under Canadian Experience Class. There is a limit on number of applications and certain jobs are in restricted category...so please check the CIC website and You also have one more option of applying through a PNP program. These PNP depends on where you are located and the eligibility requirements are different for different provinces
