Need help with IMM5768 to fill out family details

Hi,

I need help with form IMM5768 Financial Evaluation for Parents Grandparents Sponsorship Program to fill out number of family members at correct spot in the form. Both me and my wife are Permanent Residents and I sponsored my wife back in 2016, She is also PR currently. We have 3 year Child as well. Now, I am feeling application for my parents PR application through PGP 2024. I am the Sponsor and My wife is going to be Co-signer in this application but I am confused where to mention my wife in IMM5768.

I found following -

3 A). Current Undertaking

- Number of persons included in box #3 of the Generic Application Form for Canada ( IMM0008), under section Application Details - 2 ( Parents)

B). Previous Undertaking

- Number of persons included in previous undertakings you signed as a sponsor and that are still in effect. Provide details in question 9 on page 2 - 1 ( Wife)

Can someone please advise if above is correct ?

If you sponsored your wife and she became PR in 2016, her undertaking is no longer in effect. (spouse undertaking is 3 years)

Thank you YVR123 for your response. Spouse undertaking is 3 years but my wife is not Canadian citizen, does it mean her undertaking is still no longer in effect ?
Also, Can you please advise where should I mention her in IMM5768 please ?

The 3 years undertaking has nothing to do with her citizenship. I really don't remember the details of that form.

May be I will let others to response. But I think there is a spot to list your spouse, and if not, your cosigner. It's been a few years since I filled in the forms.

If anyone else has filled IMM5768 and had their spouse as Co-signer, and can please provide their inputs, that would be very helpful.
