hello everyone, I have applied sponsorship application for my wife, she has three children aged, 11,11 and 8 yrs, she has a full custody from court and we submitted that to IRCC also but they returned the application and asking to get signed IMM5604, my wife contacted his ex but he refuses to sign, what should we do in this situation ?
