Need help with finalising universities for Masters in Computer Science

I am planning for MS in Computer Science

10th > 80%
Diploma > 72.19% Mechanical Engineering (1998 Pass-out)
B Tech > 66.00% Mechanical Engineering (2001 pass-out)

IELTS > 7
NO GRE

I have 10 years of experience in Unix/Linux System Administration,worked with IT Leaders like HP and Avaya. Please suggest universities with research based MS and possibility of getting into PhD.

Help me finalizing Universities.

What your intended course: either mech or IT ms. Because you don't have relevant studies.

University of Manitoba and University of Winnipeg...visit computer science department and get their contact no...call them..definitely u will get the PHD admission...

All depends on your finances.
If you can afford well then go for good universities and if you have limited finances then target the cheaper ones.

GRE is not required and your IELTS score is good. You will get admission.
Just explain well in your Statement of Purpose that how your interest build in IT because your academic background is in Mechanical. So explain it will and clear in your SOP.
