need help with family details ...First name/ Last name--

hello guys

I am filling up my post ITA forms.
I am facing a problem, in the family details section.

both first name & last name are compulsory to fill in the form, but none of us write surname officially.
(eg: mother's name>> suneeta devi on passport).

There is no surname in it. how am i suppose to write it ??
please help..............

To make it simple... Keep you passport as reference for all the names, address, dob etc...
- First Nme + middle name = Given Name in the Passport
- Last name /Suranme = Last name /Surname in the passport.

Do you mean that the surname is Blank on the passport?

Yes ... surname is blank on passport. On my passport as well as on my family member's

That's strange. How did they generate the passport!
Anyways, as a long shot you can try jut using "space bar" this way the field will detect something but technically it will blank.

Let me know if that worked...

Yes ...it is possible. I have a single name. And it is mentioned as 'given name' on my passport & surname is blank.
