Need help with Change of mailing address procedure

Hi,
I have applied for PR under spousal family sponsorship category. Client application status online shows "Application received on Oct 21, 2014". I also have received an email from Delhi Immigration (AOR) on Jan 2015 with UCI and File #. I'm assuming presently my application is moved to New Delhi and getting processed and it would take 16 months as per the information provided online. Please confirm.

I'm planning to communicate the change of mailing address through the below options. Kindly suggest.

1. Case Specific Enquiry - Online
2. Send an EMAIL to delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca
3. Send a MAIL to New Delhi Visa office
4. Fax to New Delhi : 91 (11) 4178-2020

Also please share if there is any letter format to be used to communicate the change of mailing address to the visa office.

You can use the case specific enquiry to do it. That would be the easiest. Use only ONE option.

type the following on a paper scan it and upload it remember it will not show up on your ecas even if its updated

name
date of birth
file number
uci number
telephone number
fax number if you have any in my case i mentioned i don't have one
mailing address

if the sponsor is changing the address for the applicant then this letter at the bottom must have a sentence mentioning i authorize the sponsor to make the changes and must have an applicants signature to finish of with
