Need help with CAIP NOTE

I ordered my file notes because I received PPR on May 26 and still waiting for the return of the passport with visa inside.

I have this in my notes :

2016-05-27 : Meds in, File passed to officer for CRIM decision.
2016-05-27 : NCIC check NRT, RECP record check NRT. PCs on fil NRT x 2. Crim passed. All requirements met.
2016-05-27 : PPT already in fil. Meds in. E-mail sent requestion AWB.
2016-06-03 : All in, please FINDEC.

Someone can help me to know what does that mean ?
