Need help , want to study in canada. Some information required

Hi,
I am from pakistan, and I have done my bachelors in software engineering. I want to apply for masters program in computer science for canada. Having that in mond, I searched some universities on google like the top universities in canada but did not get much info. I.e I couldnt find any university that can accept a gpa lower than lower than 3.0 ..

My overall GPA = 2.7 according to the calculations as per percentage 65.98%

I have around 3 years plus experience in development field worked as a software enginer and a web developer for a few private ltd firms.

Now the question is what are my chances of getting admission in canada ?

Can someone tell me the list of universities that come under my gpa requirement ?

As for IELTS , I am going to appear for it next coming month. Let us assume a scale of 6.5+


Please guide me , as this is my first time travelling abroad.

If you have experience why don't you apply for Express entry, have you calculated your EE score?

That is not what I aksed, I want to study for masters and then will apply for immigration.

It will be difficult to get admission into a master's program given your GPA. There is quite a lot competition especially because Canada has become very popular for international students.

Your chances for express entry are high rather then going to study visa. you can easily get the entry and then get admission in Canada.
