Need Help Visa Rejected second time..

Hello Friend

My Study visa was rejected second time for canada

!st time due to study mismatch but this time everything is fine but VO reject my visa and give reason study change

Here is my profile
10th 65%
12 60%
B.tech 64%(CHEMICAL ENGG)
IELTS 6(R-5.5,W-5.5,S-6,L-6.5)

Course is Project Management 1yr PG certificate course fleming college


Please suggest me is it any chance to get visa is i again appling for visa with explanation of reasons why i change course..

OR
I have to drop an idea of canada visa??

Go for masters program
Like MEng. Chemical Engineering
U ll get visa for sure

I think for Masters my IELTS score are not sufficient..?

It is very sad to hear that u got refusal. I think the main reason for ur refusal is course selection. If ur destination is canada , improve ur bands and get admission in the course relevat to ur previous studies.

I am also having 6 bands and worried .

Project Management course is also relevant. I think VO is nt in gud mood at that time because this time my all documents and study is completely match with my profile

It is relevant according to indian mentality. I also worked under project managers and think this course will help me but canadian visa officers dont think like this.

The reason they quote is: Your proposed study is not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities or your future prospects and plans. What does this really mean. .? Now I am going to apply under General category. .. what are the list of documents required for general category.....?

yes but VO not refused my visa because of course VO refused that he need mor information why i change course second time.


Reason in letter is that

You have not provided a credible explanation for the change in your proposed study in Canada. On a balance of probabilities I am not satisfied you are a genuine student.

clearly Project management and chemical engineering are different courses and not from same stream.

did you write this reason in your SOP ?

Actually this time my SOP was written by my consultant so i nt sure that he mention reason in SOP or Not. i will call him and tell him to send me SOP...

I have doubt that he is not completely written reason in sop...

Never take chances with your sOP.

Yes u r right this time i will not take even any minor risk... no i will prepare sop by myself and put proper info ..

I hope we have discussed it in this forum b4 that it is not too good to change course after refusal. It is better to defend the course no matter how awkward it may look bcos the VO want to see whether one is sure of what s/he is doing or is just gambling.
